Second workshop for non-revenue water reduction in water supply utilities took place in Bihac, BiH

Aquasan Network in BiH has organised the second two-day workshop on non-revenue water reduction in water supply utilities on 21 to 22 December 2017 in Bihać.

The objective of this Program is to develop the capacities of water utilities/ public utility companies (PUCs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina for efficient NRW management and thereby improve the performance of PUCs and sustainability of water services.

In the period from 30th – 31st October 2017 the first workshop for capacity building for non-revenue water management was held in Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina. General objective of the program is to build capacities of PUCs for efficient non-revenue water management in order to improve the performance of PUCs and sustainability of water services.

The Training of Trainers event for Non-Revenue Water reduction in Water Supply Utilities takes place on 8-12 October 2017 in Bihac, BiH. Representatives of two Hubs (SHUKALB in Albania and Aquasan in Bosnia and Herzegovina) are trained by the Technical Partner UnaConsulting.

The Danube Learning Partnership unites the national water utility associations of the Danube region to offer a comprehensive set of capacity building programs to participating utilities to enable sustainable water and wastewater services for all.

Learning by doing in the D-LeaP will strengthen and improve water utilities through the Danube region.
