The meeting of the IAWD Roundtable of Danube region water utility associations and the D-LeaP Committee Council has been organized on 17-18 December in Vienna, Austria.
The partners of the Danube Learning Partnership – the national water utility associations as well as IAWD – convened to work further on the implementation and delivery of D-LeaP programs. In addition, representatives from the World Bank, SECO and GIZ, the Regional Capacity Development Network Project Implementation Team (RCDN PIT) as well as the Focal Points of the national water utility associations have been invited to join the ongoing discussions.
The meeting focused on the challenges encountered in D-LeaP implementation, the development of an action plan to enhance D-LeaP delivery and specifically in the alignment between the upcoming third phase of the Danube Water Program and the RCDN to support the D-LeaP establishment.
